  your lender, attorney, real estate agent, etc.; and

  We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law or as authorized by the customer.
• We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those who need to know that information to provide the products or services requested by you or your lender, and to financial service providers, such as insurance agents. We will furnish a copy of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement to any and all real estate agents, real estate brokers, lenders, title insurance companies and any agents thereof, and homeowners’ associations related to
  this transaction.

MBH in its sole discretion may share file information pursuant to any and all subpoenas received related to the file,
as well as is necessary to comply with internal or external audits and applicable laws. By affixing your signature below, you acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the policy as stated.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with appropriate federal and state
regulations.
