- How proceeds will be disbursed, such as how mortgage refunds will be returned,
- How taxes will be filed, and
- If they want their forwarding addresses shared with the other party respectively.
This is why it is of utmost importance to communicate to your settlement attorney or MBH processor that your sellers are divorcing, as soon as you know.
