As Senior Vice President of Operations, Shannon guides and directs the Corporate Operations of MBH Settlement Group and its 20 Branch offices servicing the MD, DC, WV, & VA real estate community.

Shannon brings over 20 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Settlement and Title Industry to the Company. Her impressive achievements in Business Development, Operations and Management have provided a foundation for consistently delivering innovation and results.

Shannon earned her Bachelors Degree and a Certificate in Walkable Urban Development & Place Based Strategic Planning from The George Washington University.

She is an active member of CREW NOVA and CREW DC. Shannon is active in her community and is a dedicated volunteer member with the Junior League of Washington service organization.
