The HUD-1 is a standardized form from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that itemizes all of the expenses and credits related to the settlement.
MBH Settlement Group, LC, has prepared a sample of a HUD-1 form, which you can download.
You will receive your specific HUD-1 at or before settlement.
The sample HUD-1 Settlement Statement below may not include all amounts due at closing. Please contact your settlement processor for final figures before closing.
